Weeds

I snapped this photo while walking the dog. I always knew this weed as Queen Anne’s Lace but here in the UK it’s knows as Cow Parsley. The pathways are lined with it and — yes, it’s a weed. But it has its own loveliness. It reminded me that I want to visit Sissinghurst to see the White Garden.  Do you think it’s a jump to go from the lowly Cow Parsley to Sissinghurst?

In other news:  Our bathroom renovation is nearly finished and I’ve started a new, unwieldy project that’s taking up much more of my time than I intended.  I’m caught between, “oh so what” and “I want it to be perfect!”
