The decorations are nice as long as they aren’t over done. The gifts under the tree are a nuisance. It’s not until people start exchanging food and drink that I get into the mood for Christmas. The older you get the more you are removed from the Christmas expectations of childhood, when it was magical and not a burden.

However you spend it, I wish you laughter and happiness, Kim. And maybe a snug little day bed like Peri;s! 🙂
Not feeling the whole Christmas thing either … 😦

Every now and then I catch a whiff of the spirit … but it’s rather more ephemeral than I would like … tuck yourself up somewhere cozy, ‘kay?
