I’m so glad my American friends are here. We remembered, at the last hour, that today is Independence Day and so we grabbed the only flag we could find…a union jack…and this photo was taken.
We’re having some real fun. We got lost in the most remote parts of Sommerset yesterday and I drove down country roads that were barely bigger than a bicycle path. This was all due to an old GPS Tomtom that must have used maps from the Roman occupation of Britain.
But that’s a story for another time.
