At last the rain stopped and the sun came out in full today. I woke up with such energy that I got dressed and jumped in the car and headed out for the local huge car boot sale. It takes place in a field on the outskirts of the city and there are many, many vendors and sellers and I never walk away empty handed. But that’s also a problem. I walk away with handfuls of treasure but when I get home I sometimes wonder, “what was I thinking?” Such as today. I found a bunch of champagne saucers and I scooped them up. But. Why? Perhaps I need to have a big party so I can use them.

I learn something new from you all the time. No, I knew what the boot is, and the bonnet, and the wings. It’s the champagne saucers I never heard of. I’ve seen them, I just never knew that was what they were called.
Just popped by to say Hi, enjoy the champagne. FAZ
