I love the idea of community knitting projects. I recall that a few years ago a town on the west coast of England knitted a small house but the fire department made them take it apart because it was a fire hazard. Oh they can be sticklers for health and safety.
My thoughts are with my friends on the east coast who have been hit with the monster snow storm. 😦
Here in Florida we cheer the snow. It sends the tourists to us, where we relieve them of any excess cash they might have. Snow = Good Business.
I feel for the folk who are still trying to get over Sandy. But I always think fresh snow is magical…(still raining and steamy here!)
