We arrived in England yesterday morning.
Our super-duper pet sitter gave Pickles a summer hair cut while we were gone:
Our cat, Pumpkin, also fared well during our absence because she kept his ears clean and his toenails clipped…and he got to sleep in bed with her and the dog.
We have a fantastic pet sitter. She also cleaned my house. I want to put her on retainer.
As soon as my body clock catches up with England time, I’ll resume more regular blogging.
We had a wonderful trip — AND — it’s nice to be home.

Pickles is so cute. Nice pet/house sitter. We needed one last summer, and ended up taking both dogs with us to Chicago because I couldn’t find one.
