Work days are hard here at our house.  I have to make the long journey into the office and the dog has to sit with the cats.  Pickles doesn’t mind the cats and would like to know them better.  But the cats are indifferent and self contained.  They tolerate her, at best and ignore her otherwise.  I fear that my life here is much like that of the dog and the cats.
