    A day that is full of should have’s but I didn’t.

A day when I woke up rested and made a special lunch for my family.

I grew tired and slept after I cleaned the kitchen.

I visited an old woman in a nursing home who was feeling poorly and out of sorts.

I came home and began my afternoon blot-out.

I need to walk the dog and mow the grass but I don’t.

I should have vacuumed the floors.  They are  littered with animal hair and dirt.

The house is quiet.  The phone doesn’t ring.

I wouldn’t mind sleeping for the rest of the day and all night and into tomorrow morning.
